Instructions
- Gather all ingredients for the quinoa bread.
- Mix together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk cooked quinoa, honey, olive oil, eggs, and water until well combined.
- Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C), greasing a loaf pan.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean, then allow to cool.

- Sliced and stored in an airtight container, it can last up to three months in the freezer.
