- 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
- 1 lb cooked shredded BBQ chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, shredded BBQ chicken, cheese, milk, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in BBQ sauce until well mixed.
- Transfer to the prepared baking dish and top with extra shredded cheese.
Notes
- Feel free to add chopped green onions or jalapeños for extra flavor.
- Use leftover cooked chicken or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
