- 1 large egg
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- Juice of half a lime

Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, then dip into the egg, and finally coat thoroughly with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Fry the chicken in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan, until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per batch.
- Transfer cooked chicken to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
- Adjust the spice level to your preference by adding more Sriracha if needed.
- Place cooked crispy chicken in a serving bowl.
- Drizzle generously with the bang bang sauce.
- Serve over rice, noodles, or your favorite greens for an ultimate creamy & crispy chicken bowl experience.
