Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

- In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, and lime juice to make the sauce.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Spread a layer of peanut sauce on each tortilla.
- Add cooked chicken, lettuce, carrots, cilantro, and green onions.
- Roll up tightly and serve immediately.
