- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

Instructions
- Start by slicing your chicken into thin strips and chopping your vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger to infuse the stir-fry with authentic flavors.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining oil. Sauté the minced garlic and grated ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until just tender but still crisp.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour the teriyaki sauce over the stir-fry. Toss everything together to coat evenly and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve the hot stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Optionally, sprinkle with extra sesame seeds or chili flakes for extra flavor.
