- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic, ginger, green onions, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, honey, and sriracha. Mix until well incorporated.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through and golden browned.
- Meanwhile, whisk together remaining honey, soy sauce, and sriracha to make the sauce.
- Toss hot meatballs in the sauce or serve sauce on the side. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or lime juice to the sauce.
- These meatballs can also be cooked in a skillet or slow cooker for different textures and flavors.
