- 2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken thighs and cook until browned on both sides.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger, then pour over chicken.
- Pour in chicken broth, bring to a simmer, and cook until chicken is tender and glazed, about 20 minutes.
- Serve hot over cooked rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken in the sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust sweetness with honey or sugar according to taste.
