Instructions

- Toss sweet potato rounds in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Arrange rounds on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy around edges and tender inside.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, turn on broiler for 2 minutes at the end of baking.
- Use sweet potatoes of similar size for even cooking.
