Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-1.5 inch meatballs using your hands or a cookie scoop. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- While baking, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl to make the glaze.
- Once cooked, toss the meatballs in the sauce or spoon the sauce over them in a skillet. Heat gently for 5 minutes to meld flavors.
