- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to make the sauce.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over chicken and bring to a simmer.
- Add cornstarch mixture and cook until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

- Adjust sweetness or spice level by adding more honey or chili flakes.
- Use chicken thighs for juicier results.
