Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a bowl, toss chicken with hot sauce and honey. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, prepare the salad by combining greens, cherry tomatoes, and red onion in a large bowl.
- Once chicken is ready, let it rest for a few minutes. Slice or dice the cooked chicken and add to the salad.
- Drizzle with additional honey or dressing if desired. Toss gently and serve immediately.
