Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken slices, cook until browned.
- Stir in honey and minced chipotle peppers, cook until sauce thickens.
- Serve over cooked rice, garnished with cilantro, lime, and jalapenos.
