  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4โ€“6 lemons)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 5 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly, hull and slice them into small pieces, and place them into your blender.
  2. Add the sliced strawberries and a handful of ice cubes into the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Squeeze the lemons until you have one cup of fresh lemon juice, ensuring to remove any seeds.
  4. In a large pitcher, combine the strawberry puree, lemon juice, sugar, and cold water. Stir well until the sugar dissolves. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves if desired.

Notes
