- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 8 oz (225g) noodles (rice or egg noodles)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken slices and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Stir in soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and noodles.
- Combine noodles with the chicken and sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- You can substitute chicken with tofu or shrimp for variety.
