This delicious sticky garlic chicken noodles recipe combines crispy chicken, savory garlic sauce, and tender noodles for an easy and satisfying dinner.

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 8 oz (225g) noodles (rice or egg noodles)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken slices and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and noodles.
  5. Combine noodles with the chicken and sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
