Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package of pre-made crescent roll dough
- 1 cup of chocolate chips or mini candies for decorations
- Chocolate or black icing for the hat brim and decorations
- Optional: colored sprinkles or edible glitter for extra spookiness
- Preparation tools: Fullstar Ultimate Veggie Prep Master for quick prepping
Instructions
- Start by unrolling the pre-made crescent roll dough onto a clean surface. Shape each triangle into a cone to resemble witch hats, trimming as needed.
- Wrap the wide end of each triangle around to form a brim, securing lightly with toothpicks if necessary.
- Place the shaped dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, prepare your decorations and icing, melting chocolate or mixing icing for the hat brim and embellishments.
- Once baked and slightly cooled, decorate the cone tops with chocolate chips or candies, and add edible glitter or sprinkles for extra flair.
Notes
- Allow the crescent rolls to cool slightly before decorating to prevent melting the icing or chocolate.
- For a sweeter version, fill the cones with pudding or frosting before decorating.
- Use vegetarian or vegan-friendly decorations for different dietary needs.
