Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh chives or green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped black olives (for eyes)
- 2 tbsp hot sauce (optional, for a spicy kick)
- 1 cup crushed pretzels or toasted bread crumbs (for outer coating)
- Food coloring or edible gel (optional for extra effect)
- Edible eyes or small round candies (for decoration)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and grated cheddar cheese until smooth. Mix in chopped chives or green onions. Add hot sauce if desired.
- Transfer the mixture onto plastic wrap and shape into a face or cube resembling Pinhead’s head. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Coat the chilled cheeseball with crushed pretzels or bread crumbs to create a spiky, rough texture.
- Decorate the surface with sliced black olives for eyes, placing edible eyes or candies for a creepy effect. Use food coloring or edible gel to emphasize features if desired.
- Carve additional lines or details using a small knife to mimic Pinhead’s nails or facial features. Insert toothpicks or plastic nails for a more authentic look.
- Serve immediately or chill until ready to impress your guests.
Notes
- Wrap tightly and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Best enjoyed within 24 hours of preparation.
- Customize with food coloring or edible gels for extra horror effects.
- Use dairy-free or vegan cheese alternatives for dietary restrictions.
