- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 inch Ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 1/4 cup Water (to thin the sauce)
- Toppings: chopped peanuts, sesame seeds, green onions, cilantro, red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the noodles and cook according to package directions until al dente.
- Once cooked, drain and rinse the noodles under cold water to stop the cooking process.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sriracha, garlic, and ginger.
- Add honey or maple syrup for sweetness, if desired.
- Gradually add water until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Toss the cooked noodles with the spicy peanut sauce until well coated.
- Add toppings such as chopped peanuts, sesame seeds, green onions, and cilantro before serving.
