Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and clean the grates.
- Grill chicken thighs skin-side down for 6-8 minutes until charred. Flip and grill for another 6-8 minutes, checking that internal temperature reaches 165ยฐF.
- Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes, then serve garnished with cilantro and lime.
