- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (to prevent browning)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

- In a large bowl, mix the sliced apples and walnuts with cinnamon, nutmeg, and ground ginger.
- Whisk together maple syrup, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to make the dressing.
- Combine the spiced apples and walnuts with the mixed greens, then drizzle generously with the maple dressing. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
Notes
- Store any leftover salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
- For added protein, consider topping with crumbled goat cheese or grilled chicken.
