Instructions
- Combine ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
- Knead the dough: Add chilled cubed butter and work into the dry ingredients until it resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually add cold water, kneading gently until smooth.
- Shape the pastries: Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes. Roll out and cut into desired shapes.
- Bake to perfection: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake pastries for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
