Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a serving bowl.
- Add the rum, chocolate syrup, and nutmeg. Mix well until fully incorporated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired.
Notes
