- 4 pounds of turkey ribs
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of smoked paprika

- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Rinse turkey ribs under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper in a bowl and rub this mixture over the turkey ribs.
- Let the ribs marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine apple cider vinegar and barbecue sauce and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Preheat the grill for indirect heat and place the seasoned turkey ribs on it.
- Close the lid and cook for about 2 to 2.5 hours, basting occasionally with the marinade.
- Once cooked, let the ribs rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
