- 1 packet of au jus gravy mix
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 3-4 pepperoncini peppers
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Season the beef chuck roast with salt and pepper and place it in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the beef.
- Top the roast with slices of unsalted butter and add pepperoncini peppers around the meat.
- Set the slow cooker to low and cook for approximately 8 hours until the beef is fork-tender.
- Once cooked, shred the beef slightly and serve hot with the cooking juices spooned over. Optional: Mix in shredded cheese or serve with baked vegetables.
