- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup diced cooked vegetables (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Cook sausage until browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Spread cooked sausage evenly in the baking dish. Pour egg mixture over the sausage.
- Sprinkle cheese on top. Add vegetables if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and set.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

- Best served hot with toast or fresh fruit.
- You can prepare this casserole the night before and bake in the morning.
