Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken pieces with olive oil and seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Spread the seasoned chicken evenly in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and chicken is golden brown. For extra crunch, broil for 2-3 minutes, keeping an eye to prevent burning.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce and sides.
