- ยฝ cup melted unsalted butter or oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC). Lightly grease a large sheet pan with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in berries or chocolate chips if desired.
- Pour the batter into the prepared sheet pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven, cut into squares, and serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- You can prepare the batter the night before and refrigerate until ready to bake.
