- Dipping sauce (soy sauce and vinegar mix)
Instructions
- Prepare the filling by mixing together minced pork, chopped cabbage, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Assemble the dumplings by placing one tablespoon of filling onto gyoza wrappers, moistening the edges, folding, and sealing them.
- Steam the dumplings in a bamboo steamer lined with parchment paper over boiling water for 10-12 minutes until the filling is cooked through and wrappers are translucent.
- Serve the gyoza with a dipping sauce and enjoy!

- Store leftover dumplings in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze unsteamed dumplings for longer storage.
