- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed

Instructions
- Rinse and peel the potatoes, then cut them into evenly sized cubes.
- Place cubed potatoes in a bowl, drizzle olive oil, add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
- Combine the baked potatoes with grated cheese and breadcrumbs, shape into small bites, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce and fresh herbs if desired.
