Instructions
- Start by marinating the chicken pieces. In a bowl, combine chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
- In a large frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Toss in sliced bell peppers and broccoli.
- Add minced garlic and black pepper. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the chicken over rice and garnish with chopped green onions.
