Instructions
- Prepare your fresh ingredients by dicing the ripe tomatoes, chopping the onion, and mincing the jalapeños.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped onions, minced jalapeños, and chopped cilantro. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture and add minced garlic if desired.
- Mix all the ingredients together carefully until they’re well combined and colorful.
- Serve the salsa in a bowl with tortilla chips, or use it as a topping for tacos and grilled meats.
