  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, or rosemary) for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and dry the cauliflower. Remove the outer leaves.
  2. Cut two 1-inch thick steaks from the center of the cauliflower and save the outer pieces for roasting as florets.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush onto both sides of the cauliflower steaks.
  4. Place the seasoned steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and tender.
