Instructions
- Prep the Brussels sprouts by rinsing, trimming ends, and removing damaged leaves. Cut large sprouts in half.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy. Optional: Top with Parmesan or balsamic glaze before serving.
