- 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 red chili peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and chili, sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar; cook for 2 minutes.
- Add basil leaves and cook until wilted.
- Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili.
- Use chicken thighs for juicier, more flavorful meat.
