Instructions
- Coat chicken pieces with cornstarch evenly.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and crispy, about 6-8 minutes.
- While chicken cooks, heat sweet chili sauce with garlic and ginger in a small pan until warmed.
- Toss crispy chicken in the chili sauce until well coated.
- Garnish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds before serving.
