Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil to the beef; cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in cooked noodles and green onions; toss to coat evenly and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra green onions if desired.
