- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in spices: garam masala, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
- Pour in tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in heavy cream, cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve over rice.
Notes
- Adjust spice levels to taste.
- You can substitute chicken with paneer for a vegetarian version.
