Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Add garlic, onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and ginger. Cook for 3-5 minutes until fragrant and well combined.
- Serve the beef over cooked rice.
- Top with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and a soft-boiled egg if desired.
