- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant, about 3 minutes.
- Add tomato sauce, garam masala, turmeric, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet, simmer for 10 minutes until cooked through.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

- Serve with steamed rice or naan bread for a complete meal.
