Instructions
- In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a simmer.
- Prepare the dumpling batter by mixing flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and milk until smooth.
- Add carrots and celery to the simmering broth, cooking until tender.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the soup to form dumplings, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in shredded chicken and parsley, cook for another 5 minutes, and serve hot.
