Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in orzo and cook until lightly toasted.
- Pour in broth and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until orzo is tender and liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in cherry tomatoes and Parmesan, season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
