- 2 cups cold brew coffee
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup or vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Ice cubes
- Optional: whipped cream and additional pumpkin pie spice for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, heavy cream, vanilla syrup, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator.
- If not prepared, make cold brew coffee by steeping coffee grounds in cold water for 12-24 hours and straining.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, pour cold brew coffee, then gently spoon the chilled pumpkin cream over the top.
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!

- Store leftover pumpkin cream in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- Accelerate the cream’s chill by placing it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before serving.
