- 12 slices of prosciutto
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- Olive oil, for brushing
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wrap each mozzarella cube with a slice of prosciutto, sealing slightly.
- Arrange the wrapped bites on the prepared baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until prosciutto is crispy and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve warm.

- You can add a drizzle of honey or balsamic glaze for extra flavor.
