- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of Italian herbs (oregano, basil)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Combine all-purpose flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Add olive oil and gradually incorporate water to form soft dough.
- Knead dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, then let it rest for 30 minutes.
