- ½ cup chopped bell peppers
- ¼ cup black olives

Instructions
- Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl and let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C), roll out dough, and spread a layer of tomato sauce.
- Add mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, and black olives on top.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling. Let cool, garnish with basil, slice, and serve!
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- If short on time, use store-bought pizza dough.
