- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- ½ cup green peppers, diced
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast.
- Pour in warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for around 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a cloth, and let it rise for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough onto a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread an even layer of pizza sauce over the dough.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
- Add pepperoni slices and green peppers to your liking.
- Carefully place the assembled pizza in the preheated oven.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Once your pizza is out of the oven, add a handful of fresh basil leaves for a burst of flavor.
- Slice your pizza into desired pieces.
- Serve hot with additional pizza sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.

- Allow the pizza to cool completely before placing it in an airtight container.
