Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup finely diced Onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh Parsley
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil (for grilling)
  • Optional: 2 tbsp Almond Flour (for binding)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by finely dicing the onion, chopping parsley, and mincing garlic.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, diced onion, parsley, garlic, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add almond flour if using.
  3. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into ยพ inch thick patties.
  4. Cook the patties in a heated grill pan or skillet with olive oil for 6-8 minutes on each side, until cooked through to an internal temperature of 165ยฐF (74ยฐC).
