- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil (for grilling)
- Optional: 2 tbsp Almond Flour (for binding)
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by finely dicing the onion, chopping parsley, and mincing garlic.
- In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, diced onion, parsley, garlic, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add almond flour if using.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into ยพ inch thick patties.
- Cook the patties in a heated grill pan or skillet with olive oil for 6-8 minutes on each side, until cooked through to an internal temperature of 165ยฐF (74ยฐC).
Notes
- Use lean ground turkey to keep the burgers healthy.
- Avoid overmixing the turkey mixture to ensure tender burgers.
- Make an indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing.
