Instructions
- Combine the mixed nuts, seeds, and coconut flakes in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
- Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Let the granola cool completely before storing it in an airtight container.
