- 1 sheet pre-made pie crust or homemade crust
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Begin by gathering all ingredients. Dice the onion and mince the garlic. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare the pie crust if homemade.
- Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Add diced onion and minced garlic; cook until fragrant and translucent. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- In a bowl, mix ketchup, mustard, and half of the shredded cheese. Stir in cooked beef mixture and diced pickles if using. Combine thoroughly.
- Pour the beef mixture into the prepared pie crust, spreading evenly. Whisk together eggs and milk, then pour over the beef filling. Top with remaining shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
