- 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the puff pastry into squares approximately 3 inches wide.
- Spread a spoonful of Nutella in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over to form a triangle or rectangle and press the edges to seal.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a glossy finish.
- Place the pies in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Remove, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
Notes
- You can add chopped hazelnuts or bananas inside for extra flavor.
- Make sure to seal the edges well to prevent filling from leaking.
